MYOB connection issues

Is anyone else having problems ?

Tried the old on/off and still cant do anything

 

 

  • Well this is interesting.  I have done the above.

     

    However, have worked out the issue.  You cannot go from Quote direct to Invoice.  Had to step through to Order, then Invoice.  Weird!

     

    However, we were still having connection issues this morning. So hopefully the script has fixed it all.

    Hi activemobility,

     

    Giving AccountRight the on and off step is always worth a shot. That "We’re sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you’ll need to restart.” error appears to be a user permission hiccup. Nothing you've done wrong— it just means we'll need to run a little script behind the scenes to get things sorted.
