MYOB file is stuck in backup mode. Unable to use the file.

File is stuck in back-up mode. Can anyone help urgently - thanks:)  last four numbers of serial number are 4051

    You can find MOCA in many locations but the best place either myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com
