MYOB not opening.. please help

Hi , 

 

We tried to do a back up last night but after an hour still hadn't finished so we cancelled back up and went home. This morning, we can't log in as it says "back up in process". How can we get back into MYOB? We have contact MYOB but still no reply hours later. Any help be much appreciated! We needed to work asap.

 

 

  • ALL FIXED! Found an online chat that fixed the issue. Just not sure how to delete this post.

    How did you get in I cant open my account its driving me insane

They can pull up the affected account and run a script over your file to help resolve this promptly.
