MYOB not opening.. please help

Hi ,    We tried to do a back up last night but after an hour still hadn't finished so we cancelled back up and went home. This morning, we can't log in as it says "back up in process". How can we ...

    ALL FIXED! Found an online chat that fixed the issue. Just not sure how to delete this post.
