New User Access

I have invited a new user to our MYOB but they cannot see our company file linked to our Serial Number.

 

Need to resolve this issue asap as I have followed all the same steps as previous users. 

 

Need help from a MYOB Admin to get this sorted, please.

    Thank you for the post. If the invitation was accepted but the user still can't access the company file, we recommend resending the invitation. For detailed steps, please visit this link.
