Read Only Access

Good morning,

I have been restricted to read only access in the last couple of days for some reason.

I can see payments coming out of account, and subscription is active. I am an administrator on the account.

Can someone help as to why this would happen please? I am trying to access payroll, very frustrating indeed.

    Hey Tania-B,

     

    I've tried looking for your account, but I couldn't find it. With that, it's best to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, so they can check why you're seeing read-only, even though you're a file administrator.
