Read only access

Hello, I have been using MYOB for many years but yesterday I logged on and my access has been changed to Read Only, I cannot do anything!  I am the administrator and have all permissions on.  I have invited myself to another email address as another user but when I log on that way it is still read only.

My accountant checked his access and he is also on read only whereas he had previously all access.

I have put in a support case but have not heard back and I need to do invoicing and submit BAS.

Please help!

    Hi ms212,

     

    Sounds like a real headache, especially when you've got BAS and invoicing on your plate. We had a look using the email address you're using right now, and we couldn't find an account linked to it. To get this sorted quickly, we'd recommend having a chat with our support team so they can double-check everything for you and help fix it up.
