Remittance Advices sent, but remaining on To Do list
Anybody else having this problem?
We're new to AccountRight Premier, but have struck an issue where the Remittance Advice has definately been emailed to the supplier, but is still showing in my To Do list as needing to be sent.
- we don't know why
- short of going into the transaction for every single invoice that has been paid (which shows To Be Sent), how do we stop this from happening?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
