Security Check email

The Security Check email function was processing very good for both of myself and the account Administrator, but from July 2024 there is no email sent to the owner. I have lodged a request to MYOB and one of the client support lady said that there is no security check email sending to other person who is not initiating the transaction. Is this true that there is no internal control for information updated in the system any more? Thanks.
