Setting up a sample company in AccountRight 2022

Question

Hi MYOB Moderators,I have a staff member undertaking studies where they need access to a MYOB sample company to enter data. We subscribe to Accountright with one live company file - and a Clearwater file that is now read only. Questions: how do I set up a new sample company - is it different from setting up alive file? Is there an extra subscription fee for this? Is it possible to copy Clearwater and have a new read &amp; write file.Your assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Mitchell,I have the same problem. My Clearwater files expired today. Thank you Steven_M&nbsp;for your reponse. In the meantime I have a need for a sample company so that a staff member can satisfy their Cert IV Business training by using a dummy MYOB file. Is there any way I can set up such a file (desktop is fine) &amp; share it with the staff member. How would I do that. I am in Australia. Thank you
