Hi Doreen,
Trying to but still unable to activate.
Please need your urgent assistance to activate my Company file as i urgently need to enter my transactions for my Organization's reporting period .

If you are still having issues activating your company file after following the steps in the article provided by Doreen_P, you can also reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website, or you can request support via my account at myob.com. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team. As this needs deeper troubleshooting.
