Could you kindly update me on whether you're still encountering difficulties logging in to your file? I've checked this on our end, and we haven't received any reports of login issues or the specific error message you mentioned. I've refreshed your file access. I kindly suggest that you clear your AccountRight cache before attempting to log in again.
