UNABLE TO CONNECT TO FILE

I am getting frustrated is there an outage and what is eing done about it.

I am sitting here with no response.

I have a job to do and I am unable to open files.

      We are still waiting for a response - this error has not been rectified.

        what is going on.   Need to know when this will be fixed.

         

        costing money.  .

         

        does anyone answer the phones?

    Just did a reboot of internet and restart of computer and still nothing.
