Unable to Connect

Have had nothing but trouble with MYOB today, but nothing showing on the service outage page.

Now we have been kicked out and cannot log back in.

There is nothing wrong with my internet, and the file is not being upgraded or restored.

Which leaves the AccountRight Live Service undergoing maintenance - surely that is a planned event and you could put some notification on your service page?  I have spent half an hour looking for a solution on your "Help" pages but the program doesnt work.

Can I have an ETA on when you will be up and running?

    We are having the same issue here, unable to connect and nothing wrong with our internet connection.

    So frustrating !!

  • My screen says unable to log in. It appears that your computer's system date or time is incorrect.

    Please correct the date and time before logging in. Madness.

    Yesterday, some of our customers experienced issues logging into MYOB products. This is now resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience. In future, if you need to stay up-to-date on potential incidents, please visit status.myob.com

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble getting into your company files! Looks like others in the forum have hit the same snag, but for some, things seem to be smoothing out. If you're still stuck, a quick screenshot and a peek at the diagnostic log would be super helpful.
