Unable to Connect
Have had nothing but trouble with MYOB today, but nothing showing on the service outage page.
Now we have been kicked out and cannot log back in.
There is nothing wrong with my internet, and the file is not being upgraded or restored.
Which leaves the AccountRight Live Service undergoing maintenance - surely that is a planned event and you could put some notification on your service page? I have spent half an hour looking for a solution on your "Help" pages but the program doesnt work.
Can I have an ETA on when you will be up and running?
