UserID incorrect to open back up file
Hi
I have a v2024.3 back up file, when I uploaded it in to My Library and opened it, they asked to be upgrade to 2025.5 then I was ask for User ID but the "Administrator" with blank password doesn't work
Keep getting message of "The ID or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again"
I just need to open this on as read only to print reports, all of other back up files work ok.
Hope someone has a solution for this!
