What is the expected timeframe to import chart of accounts from premier classic to myob lite?

    Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

     

    There is no timeframe to import/ export data to your account once you select the import tab and selected the data you'll be importing you just need to wait for the process to finish. The waiting time depends on the size of the data you are importing.

     

    However, if I'd understand your post correctly you will be migrating your files from AccountRight Premier to MYOB Business Lite. If this is the case, migration takes 3 business days to process. Once you've had sent your data to the migration team they will be contacting you through email that they'll start the process.

    • Hi Doreen,

       

      After 5 days I finally received an email to say the import had failed.

      In the meantime I contacted support via phone and confirmed that it had not even been received; what a waste of my time. I entered the entire file manually.
