Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
In AccountRight, one of the advantages is the system allows the user to use the company file offline or online. If you are using the company file online and you have a situation where you cannot access the internet you could look at checking out the company file prior to the date and time, this will allow you to work on the company file offline setting and when you have an internet connection you would check it back into the cloud. You can check out this Help Article: Work offline (checking out and checking in), have a lot of information and a process and you can use this as a guide.

There is no link to a support article in your post. Also Checking in and Checking out was discontinued back in 2020. Users must instead use the backup and restore approach. You may want to provide MaurieStreet with details about this instead.

With that, I want to apologize to MaurieStreet, for this inconvenience.
