Can't change login email

Hi after some help changing my login email. 

 

 My current email is being deactivated so need to add my new email. 

 

I enter my current login, password and new email and keep getting "This request could not be processed". 

 

Help woud be appreciated.

    I understand that you're facing an issue while trying to change your login details, and I'm here to assist you in resolving this matter as quickly as possible. To change your login email address, kindly follow the steps below:

    • Log in to my.MYOB with your current email address and password.
    • Go to My Account >> Change Login.
    • Enter the new email address and click Save.

    Following the steps outlined above should enable you to update your email address. If you encounter any difficulties, I recommend reaching out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website. Rest assured, if MOCA is unable to assist you, you will be seamlessly redirected to our live chat team. Simply provide your account details, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you in changing your email address from our end.

    I've done all of that. 

     

    As per my original post, I then get the error message "This request could not be processed".

     

    Could you please advise what the issue is? 

  • Sorry princess, I realise now you say to access MOCA. 

     

    How do you access MOCA?

    No worries! Accessing MOCA is quite straightforward. If you're still experiencing issues, our virtual assistant, MOCA, is designed to dive deeper into issues like this.
