Login Change - SERIOUSLY!!

 

 

 

 

 

Then get a code emailed.  Put in code.

Now I'm in.

 

Is this going to be the new norm from now on?

 

Let's make it easier to get in not take 5 mins more...

    I had trouble yesterday, it took me 4 attempts to get in as it came with suspicious activity had been detected on my login. Double checked everything I was logging in with and it was all correct. Was not a happy camper.

    We had an issue raised yesterday morning where customers were unable to log in and instead presented with a generic error message stating "We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked. Please contact MYOB support for help". Our teams have been able to resolve this, and you should no longer have any issues signing in to your file. If the error message persists, please try clearing your cache and cookies before attempting sign in again.
