Electronic payment account

When I go to prepare electronic payments, the account that I always use to create the upload file is no longer visible. I have checked everything and cannot understand why it is suddenly not visible. The account I am looking for is still the correct linked account, it is still active but it is just not showing when I want to create an upload file. does anyone have any suggestions please???

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    Please ensure the account type is an asset, and it is linked to an electronic clearing in the linked account. 

    Refer to this help article to double-check the settings Setting up electronic payments - MYOB Business - MYOB Help Centre.

    If you require further help on this issue, kindly send me a screenshot of the linked account settings and chart of accounts, so that I can look into it.
