Allocation Rule Being Incorrectly Applied - Can't remove it from Bank Feed Transactions

Hey All, 

 

A client of ours since moving over to the new version, has had a problem with the transactions being allocated to the incorrect account and I have assisted in setting up new rules for her transactions, however certain rules are not working. I have narrowed it down to a allocation template that seems to be the common denominator. I cannot find this said template to delete it and when I try to remove the  template information on the transaction it comes up with a note on the top of the screen.

 

If there anyway I can fix this moving forward??
