credit card statement feed

we have a cancelled Westpac credit card and new westapc card, the bank feed is ready with the new card but can't be linked to an account- "2-1220 Westpac Visa" in MYOB. Error message: "Account cannot be duplicated. plese selete a different account."  can anyone advise what i need to do ?thanks.  Wendy

    Hi BookkeeperWA 

     

    Thank you for your post. If a bank account has already been linked to a bank feed it cannot be linked to a new bank feed again, you would need to create a new account to link to that bank feed.
