Hi Andybee1234,
Since your payment is popping up in the Online Payments area but not on your reconciliation page, have a squiz at the account you’re using in the reconciliation window. Sometimes that payment sneaks into the wrong bank or clearing account, or it might’ve already been reconciled. If it turns out the transaction’s already been ticked off, you’ll just need to undo the reconciliation for that one.
