Why will this transaction/dissection not process?

This has only happened since the AI update to Banking Transactions?

 

The save button will not light up.

    Bit of an odd one. I couldn’t replicate the same issue with the save button being grayed out. Best to get in touch with our team so they can dig deeper. You can raise a support ticket through My Account or jump on live chat through our virtual assistant MOCA.

    I'm having the same issue.

    Seems to arise when allocating a transaction across multiple accounts, not just one.

    Hi adminatfarmhous,

     

    Hmmm, that's odd. I gave it a go on my end, and the save button is working just fine. Try clearing your browser cache and see if that clears up the weird behavior. If it’s still acting up, reach out to our team directly so we can dig in, figure out what’s going on, and get it sorted for you.
