Charged during 30 day free trial

Hi there,

I signed up for a 30 day free trial and was charged twice during. 

Upon speaking to an agent via the online chat, they advised my promo was for 1 month charged followed by 6 months 100% discount. This is despite having a welcome email upon sign up, reminder of 30 day trial ending and cancellation of 30 day trial. 

There is nothing mentioned in these communications of being charged a month and then receiving 6 months at '100% discount'.
