Hi Ros71,
Thanks for your post and I understand that you would like to cancel the subscription that you are not using. You may do it via myaccount.myob.com. Log into My Account (myaccount.myob.com). You can also get there from within MYOB by clicking your business name and choosing My account > Click Manage my product > If required, click Go to product for the product you want to cancel >Click Cancel subscription.
