Opposite end of service - cancel one of four subscriptions

I currently have four entity subscriptions & need to cancel one.   When I go into Manage Subscriptions there is no way to identify which entity I am cancelling.   How do I go about this?

  • Hey Fangdoc,

To make sure you're cancelling the correct file, when you log in to MyAccount, in the Account field, choose the name of the company file you'd like to cancel. After that, go to the Support menu and choose Contact support. Just fill out the fields with correct information. Once done, the right team will confirm your cancellation via email within 48 hours. You can also check this link for detailed information.

    Cheers,

    • Thanks Doreen,

The only problem I have with that is that when MYOB converted my files, they were all named as the parent company name, so in the Manage Subscription area they all have the same name.  I cannot be sure I am selecting the correct company.

        Hi molarmail,

If you're unsure which file to open due to them all having the same name in the Manage Subscription area, I recommend reaching out to our virtual assistant MOCA for immediate assistance. Alternatively, you can raise a support ticket via MyAccount for further help. This will ensure you get the correct guidance to select the appropriate company file.

        Cheers,

        Shella
