Is it possible to limit the dashboard data boxes that restricted users see on the Browser Dashboard?
Currently a SALES user with limited access, the first thing they see on the Dashboard is a big INCOME box showing total income which they dont to see really.
Any suggestions?

Also further to that, why does a SALES user have access to links like PAYROLL SETTINGS via the Setting Wheel top right menu?

That’s a fair point, especially if you’re wanting users to only see the dashboard info that actually makes sense for their role.
At the moment, there isn’t a way to hide individual tiles or limit specific dashboard data for certain users. The browser version still has fewer role and permission controls than the desktop version, so the access controls aren’t quite as detailed yet. It would definitely be handy to have more control over what restricted users can and can’t see on the dashboard. If you’d like to see that added in future, it would be a great one to pop onto our Ideas Board as an enhancement suggestion.
