Previous data

Hi, 

I reactivated our account . It has been since 12/22 since I have not used it. Where is all the previous data

    Thank you for your post.

     

    If you've cancelled your MYOB subscription for more than 60 days, you'll need to sign up for a new subscription and create a new business file. Please refer to this Help article, MYOB subscription, invoices, and payment details, which has detailed information to assist with this. However, there are some instances where we can activate your file. I've reset your file on our back end. Kindly check if you can access the file. If not, I can check further to see if we can retrieve the previous data. I'll be reaching out to you via private message to assist you effectively. Kindly keep an eye on your Community forum inbox, and we'll continue to address and discuss your concern through that channel.
