Subscription not showing

Good Afternoon, we had a change of Primary Contact and now our subscription has disappeared? We also havent been charged for 3 months, but everything is working.  I need to upgrade to pay contractors super soon.  I have been on hold an hour this morning, before I gave up, after being tossed around the last time (that was 2 hours).  I really need this rectified but if I cant get in contact with support what do I do? I have a Case no still open (they tried to close it but I opened it again) Help please!
