All good now.
I fixed it myself.
Went to Set-up -> Preferences -> Emailing
then filled in the forms: From Name & Reply-to Email Address.

Thank you for the update. I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved and you were able to fix it on your own. Your initiative to navigate to Setup >> Preferences >> Emailing and fill in the required forms (From Name & Reply-to Email Address) seems to have done the trick.
