Employee Self-Onboarding not saving Bank Details and TFN number

Hi Guys,

I have noticed since last few weeks, new employees who onboard through the Flare link, do not have their bank details and TFN number come across to myob accountright!!

 

At first I thought, it would be the employees but as it happened 6-7 times, I created dummy employee to cross check and its the Myob/Flare issue as skips the bank details and TFN number from coming into Accountright! Also when I print the PDF onboarding page, I can see TFN printed on it but does not come across to Myob!

 

Has anyone else noticed this? We are on Myob AccountRight Premier version 2024.6.1.9

      My issue seems to have rectified itself, new employee details all came through correctly today

    I see that you’re both having the same problem with employee self-onboarding. We haven’t heard of any issues with it lately, but here’s a quick fix: make sure there’s no TFN listed in the employee card file before you submit the onboarding. You’ll also need to manually add the missing bank details and TFN for new employees. If you’ve just invited a new employee and their details aren’t showing up, then this is indicating a potential issue with the integration between Flare and MYOB.

      Hi Princess, 

      I would suggest to focus on Flare / Myob integration. I have observed things breaking with self onboarding usually after the new myob updates.

  • I am having the same issue and I have escalated with MYOB today 27/8/24. 

    I also raised the issue about three weeks ago and got no response from MYOB.

     

    MYOB, can you let us know please?
