Error processing payrun for Working Holiday Maker - Registered. Keeps coming up with message stating 'Origin Country Needed'.

Error processing payrun for Working Holiday Maker - Registered. Keeps coming up with message stating 'Origin Country Needed'. I have obviously chosen 'Taiwan' as the country of origin and it still does not accept it. Can someone please help with this? Have tried deleting and setting up the employee multiple times to no avail. Have no issues processing payrun for Working Holiday Makers from Japan.

    I understand how frustrating this situation can be. To resolve the "Origin Country Needed" error, please ensure that the country of origin is selected from the drop-down menu and not entered manually. This should help avoid the error message you're receiving. You can also follow the steps below to correct the error:

     

    • Go to the card file.
    • Select Cards List.
    • Choose the Employee tab, then open an employee's card.
    • Payroll Details tab.
    • Taxes tab.
    • Income Type
    • Select the country of origin. Make sure to select it from the drop-down and apply it to all employees with working holiday makers as their income type.
