FinaliZation of STP Reporting

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I am having some issues in finalizing our STP Reports for the FY2023 for one employee.The amount of total wages and PAYG Withholding of one of our employees are not displaying on the STP reports.&nbsp;As per our payroll summary she has received&nbsp; atotal income of $5,457 and PAYG Withholding of $722, however on the STP Report, it was only showing $0 income and $403 PAYG Withholding, which is not correct.&nbsp;If you can please assist so we can finalize our STP reporting for FY2023.&nbsp;(In the attached, lesft side is the payroll summary, while right side is for the STP Report)&nbsp;Thanks

As the ATO figures only update after a pay event, you will have to process a $0 pay after making changes in your software.
&nbsp;
Also, the Payroll Reporting Centre will only show employees that have an employment basis of individual or labor set on their card. You can check what basis an employee's card is set to by navigating to the employee's card within the Card File&gt;&gt;Select Payroll Details viewing the Employment Basis Field in the personal details.&nbsp;
