ISSUE ENTERING PAYRUN IN PREVIOUS FINANCIAL YEAR IN BUSINESS LITE

I am working on a file in Business Lite doing catchup work & need to enter pay runs for the director so I can report the STP, HOWEVER it won't allow me to enter the pay run in a previous financial year.

I've searched and search for a fix and can only find options that it doesn't allow me to do as the options aren't available.

The file was set up in early 2025 but the earliest pay run I need to add is FY2024 Q2 (31/12/2023). Opening Balance date is July 2022.

PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hey Chrissy72,

     

    You’ve clearly spent time trying to sort those earlier director pays for STP, so there’s no hidden setting you’ve missed. You can only enter pay runs for the prior financial year (2025) and the current financial year (2026), so pays for 31/12/2023 can’t be entered or reported. To get those FY2024 amounts reported, you’d need to have them lodged directly with the ATO.
