Leave entitlements not calculating properly
Has anyone had an issue where Annual Leave an Personal leave are not calculating properly?
In my system, leave has been calculating at the hours worked, not the leave entitlements
ie) For Personal leave, rather than adding 1.44hrs a week, MYOB adds 37.5hrs.
This issue started in week commencing 28/04/2024 and is ongoing.
I have downloaded leave balances and manually adjusted the balances. What a nightmare! Had to audit right back to beginning of business in 2017.
Manually adjusting fixed the annual leave issue but not personal leave.
Any help or insights are greatly appreciated.
