New employee hours not feeding to payroll

Hi - we have had 2 new employee start 2 weeks ago - tomorrow is their 2 week payday.

I have the hours approved - these hours or new employee names have not feed through to the pay run page?

Any idea why this would be?

    Hi Horses,

     

    It sounds like the payroll screen may need a quick refresh to pull in the timesheets and employee details.

     

    In the Process Payroll window, change the pay period dates forward by one day and save. Then, change the dates back to the original pay period and save again. This should refresh the screen in the background, and the timesheets and employee names should now display correctly. 

     

    If you're still not seeing after trying this, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount for further assistance.
