New Employee Pay Run

Hi Team, I have added new employee on the software but when I started the pay run, I can not see her name in the list. Can you please  help me? It is hard to reach MYOB support

    Absolutely! Let me help you sort it out. If a new employee isn't showing up in the pay run, it could be due to their details not being set up correctly. Make sure the employee card file is set to active, the pay cycle is accurate, pay items are properly assigned, and there is no termination date put in.
