Pay Run Issue

Wondering if anyone has advice - I currently have 50+ employees, this increases to 100 or so in Summer.
For over a year now, when using MYOB via browser, I can only process pay cycle with 10-15 team members at a time. If I process all in one Pay Run, I encounter an error.

I can use the Windows MYOB program to run a full Pay Cycle with no issues. I contacted MYOB support about this, and their response was:
As per our developers, wat we may do in here is to:
- Discard the saved pay, start a new pay run and process the pay by fifteen or by ten.
This is as much as we can do on this matter at this stage, therefore I will be closing this case off [...] Should you need assistance, you can contact us by creating a support request.
My issue is that while I have my office computer, it is getting old and outdated and because this is the only thing it is used for (other business has been closed down) it won't be getting upgraded - as well as not being able to be mobile or in store when wages are due to be processed.
Any help would be appreciated because I felt the above response was lacking.
