Payroll - pay run not working

Yesterday I started my payroll, went on the banking to pay everyone, came back to complete the pay run and it's a whirling circle. I have been on the phone for almost an hour to support, turned the computer off for half hour, changed browsers and still I get the whirling circle.

I cannot complete the payroll, had employees & payroll for about 11 years so it's not me.

MYOB always insist on chrome as the browser but suddenly I need to have the app to log in where as on Edge I can log in as normal with sms 2FA

The MYOB nightmare continues !!

 

Any suggestions ?

    Thank you, yes I applied that and it fixed it - someone needs to tell support and save customers time on the phone for no outcome at all.

    Thanks heaps for sharing what's been going on. That spinning circle sounds way too familiar and definitely not the kind of loop anyone wants to be stuck in when trying to get payroll sorted!

     

    You're not alone. We've seen a few users run into something similar, and the good news is there's a workaround that's been helping.
