Payroll Error message

I keep getting the following message and I can not process my payroll. I need to pay my staff. 
I can not find a more direct way of contacting MYOB other than their stupid online request for assistance. How do I get in touch with them to get a real time response? Resolve this, so I can pay people. 

 

I have deleted the history and even downloaded a new browser. I have also tried logging on from a different computer.

    Hi Rachel2015,

     

    There's an issue with MYOB Business NZ right now where some customers are being affected when preparing pay runs. No worries, our awesome team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible. For the latest updates, you can check our status hub. We know you need to get your payroll done, and we're onto it.
