Payroll Recording Error need fixed ASAP

I am trying to 'record' a pay run, but keep getting the following error:

 
Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: 55f4adaf-842a-428d-a44c-7ea0aaea32e4.
 
I am running MYOB on Safari, have cleared cache and restarted with same error coming up.  I am in a rush to get payroll set up before heading away for the week and need to sort this ASAP, can anyone help?  Very frustrating as this is just another in a long line of MYOB Essentials post 'Upgrade' issues :(

    Apologies for the late reply. We're sorry to know that you're having difficulties recording your pay. This error may occur when there is an issue with calculated leave items rounding incorrectly in the backend. This may also be caused by an incorrect default linked account for payroll. We recommend checking Accounting > Manage Linked Accounts > Payroll. Please refer to the sample photo below:

     

     

    If this is blank, then it will cause the issue. Please set the default account as appropriate. Do let me know if you're still getting the error message after this.
