Processing payt message in super

Hi,

 

I processed a super payt on 12/09/23 and it is still saying "processing payment".

 

When will this be processed and can I process other payts in the meantime?

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that your Super Payment is still processing. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response.

     

    Just want to check if you're still having this issue? Generally speaking, if the payment status remains "Processing Payment," it signifies that the transaction is still undergoing processing within the clearinghouse and has not yet been disbursed to the respective super funds. SuperChoice recommends allowing a period of 5 working days for the payment to complete processing. I would recommend revisiting the status in a couple of days to account for this processing timeframe.
