Spaceship Super error

Hi, 

 

We are trying to pay an employee who has his super with spaceship super, however we are getting an error message saying "This find can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation.  Please edit the the fund from the Superannuation Fund List window and select a valid Fund Name for it"

 

However when I go to create a new super and search for 'Spaceship' the fund comes up (with the correct ABN and USI that has been provided by the fund)  - please see snapshot below.  

 

There is no where to edit this and even if there was as mentioned the details are correct.

    Hi there markmolloy,

     

    I've checked the Super Fund's ABN using the ATO's Super Fund Lookup tool, and everything looks good. To resolve the error and proceed with paying the super, simply set up the fund again, assign it to the employee card, and process the pay super.
