STP - Pay entered correctly but errors occurred in information sent to ATO
As of July 1st 2023 we have experienced issues with MYOB single touch payroll sending incorrect information to the ATO which has resulted in our MYOB payroll records not matching the ATO records.
I have perfomed a suggested "Up date event" several times but this has not corrected anything.
The first pay run I entered for this financial year is correct when I look at it in in the payroll section of MYOB... the employee payslips are correct... but when I look at our MYOB- STP report it has the correct number of employees but one of them has been recorded as having $0.00 pay.
Since then there have been 3 pay events where the wage amounts are correct in "past payroll" list and pay slips are correct... but then they show as $0.00 in the MYOB STP report and that's what has been received and accepted by the ATO.
These wages have been paid... funds have come out of the bank and been reconciled... superannuation has been paid. So how can I correct our payroll figures with the ATO?
