Super Payments

Hi

 

I have super payment from October and November still showing Processing payments, However i just found out one of the employyes has changed his super back in October. What do i need to do in that case to get the payment completed?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    As per checking, the super payments made in October and November are already completed. In your case, if you just found out that one of your employees changed their super, you may need to contact the super fund to process a refund so that you will be able to pay the super contribution to the correct super fund.
