Super Payments

I went to submit the superannuation payment for some missed super payments, however I noticed when checking amount owing to my report that one staff member is not coming up in the 'super payments' section.

 

Why would he not be showing up when it is set up the same as all the other employees?

 

Screen shot attached for the Super Payments screen and the staff member's payslip who is missing from the list.

    Hey Linda,

    Maybe best to check out your pay item is there a Super payable linking account? I can see the expense in the payslip but we would have to look at the actual pay item itself, would you be able to share a screenshot of this?

    Hi Matthew,

     

    Yes, there is a payable linking account, screenshot from Darrus's employee card and from the superannuation pay item.

    All looks fine so far, what about the actual super company if you go to settings - payroll settings - superfunds - click on the super fund - has all the details in the fund been set up correctly? Are you able to send that screenshot. See my screenshot as an example

    Hi Matthew, I found what it was, the superannuation fund details for the staff member needing updating.  Once I did this they showed up in the super payments, so it has been submitted.
