Timesheetss Approval Error

Good Morning :)

 

Does anyone know why I am receiving this error message please?  Just for one employee.

    Thanks for the screenshot. The error is due to either the employee's base hourly category not being ticked, or it being renamed. To fix this, log out of MYOB Team, head to the payroll tab, and select Payroll Categories. Make sure the Base Hourly category is exactly named as such, and that the relevant employee is ticked. This should let managers approve timesheets. Let me know if you have other queries!

      Thank you for your reply.

      This is an existing employee for whom timesheets have been previously approved.

      I did check as you suggested and the Base Hourly rate is selected as advised.

       

      Do you have any other ideas please?
