Hi there KateMildwaters,
There haven't been any reported issues with error, "Failed to report", while generating the Payroll Activity report, so let's do a couple of quick fixes. First, clearing your browser cache to see if that helps. If the issue persists, switch to a different browser and give it another go. If you're still unable to get the report after that, the next step is to get in touch with our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, they'll be able to take a closer look and help you out.

I used the desktop version as well as the website version both didn't work I will contact MOCA thank you.
