I followed the MYOB directions on what to do for a Returned superannuation contributions and when I go to "pay the super" both the returned pay and regular super pay are showing up to choose. Obviously I will be choosing the positive amount so it gets paid but what happens to the negative returned super that is showing on the Pay Super??

When you followed the steps to record a returned super contribution, were you able to process a pay run with negative figure but same amount as the original super payment? Then after processing a pay run with a negative figure, did you process another pay run with positive figure? I highly suggest to check The Help Article Returned superannuation contributions if it is the same steps that you followed to record and reprocess the returned super contribution.
